Thank you very much for your interest in attending SISPAD 2021, we look forward to welcome you virtually or in Dallas, TX on 27-29th September. Please find in the following information on conference options, terms and conditions and registration. Do not hesitate to contact us for any questions you may have.

Please note that ALL participants, including keynote speakers, speakers, session chairs and students, need to register. Confirmation email and invoice will be sent to your registered email address. For those attending in person, an invitation letter will be sent to all registrants from outside the United States for visa purposes. Please make sure that the name entered during registration matches with your passport. Conference registration covers virtual access to the conference presentations and recordings. An in-person participation badge gives access to in-person attendance of technical sessions and conference events (coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception, and banquet).

CANCELLATION / REIMBURSEMENT POLICY

All refund and cancellation requests must be sent to sispad2021@utdallas.edu. From August 1st, 2021 until September 1st, 2021, an administrative fee of $100 will be deduced from each refund. There will be no refund after September 1st, 2021. There is no reimbursement if the participant fails to attend or items not claimed by the participant, such as sessions, meals or complementary events.

PHOTOGRAPHY

The conference will be held in a hybrid format and presentations will be made available to other participants through live video conferencing and on-demand video. Attendance at, or participation in this conference constitutes consent to the use and distribution of the attendee’s image or voice for informational, publicity, promotional and/or reporting purposes in print or electronic communications media. On-site video recording by participants and other attendees during any portion of the conference is not allowed without special prior written permission. Photographs of copyrighted PowerPoint or other slides are for personal use only and are not to be reproduced or distributed. Do not photograph any such images that are labeled as confidential and/or proprietary. IEEE is committed to the principle that all persons shall have equal access to programs, facilities, services, and employment without regard to personal characteristics not related to ability, performance, or qualifications as determined by IEEE policy and/or applicable laws.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR LECTURE SESSION AND POSTER PRESENTER

IMPORTANT NOTE for authors: accepted papers will be published in the proceedings subject to early registration of at least one (1) of the authors by September 1, 2021, AT THE LATEST.
