The Annual Corporate Governance Conference will include three half-day sessions in the morning followed by a general session in the afternoon. The morning sessions will focus on governance issues for companies with Employee Stock Ownership Plan ownership, companies with private equity ownership, and the evolving topic of cyber governance for all organizations. Attendees may select one of these three topics for the morning, or they may float among the morning sessions. If you are not able to attend all day, you are welcome to register for just one session.

Lunch: 12:00pm - 12:45pm
Afternoon General Session: 12:45pm - 5:45pm

All sessions, meals and parking pass are complimentary for IECG members.
Guest Registration Fee: $495.00. The $495.00 fee includes admission to all sessions, meals, parking pass and an annual membership to the Institute for Excellence in Corporate Governance (IECG).
