Coaching Entrepreneurs I

In this course, participants will learn essential skills and principles for coaching small business owners, independent professionals, and start-up CEO's. Topics include understanding entrepreneurial personality traits and work styles, typical coaching issues of the entrepreneur, the role of the coach in business planning, combining coaching with consulting or teaching, working with the crucial issues of focus, motivation and accountability, and tools for coaching entrepreneurs. This course meets 4 weeks via teleconference. Each session is 60 minutes in length. Participants are mailed a Completion Certificate documenting attendance.
