Coaching Nonprofits

This learning module provides an introduction to coaching with nonprofit organizations. Participants will learn about some of the unique challenges faced by nonprofits, and strategies for coaching effectively. Topics include understanding when and why nonprofits seek coaching, crucial conversations for nonprofits, the roles of nonprofit CEO, board, and teams, and business development coaching for nonprofits. This course meets 4 weeks via teleconference. Each session is 60 minutes in length. Participants are mailed a Completion Certificate documenting attendance.
