Effectively Coaching Financial Srvs Professionals

This course provides an introduction to situational coaching in the specific arena of financial services. It is designed for both external coaches and internal coaches who work with financial professionals. This module also supports executive partners and directors, trainers, recruiters and managers who want to learn the skills to effectively coach financial professionals. This course meets 4 weeks via teleconference. Each session is 60 minutes in length. Participants are mailed a Completion Certificate documenting attendance.
