Use this payment mechanism to pay for custom events/clubs/camps. Enter the dollar amount as Quantity below and click on "Add to Cart" to continue.

If you got pre-approval for signing up for Summer Camp using this link, complete the registration and visit bit.ly/sc-logistics to get the logistics information. We provide lunch and snacks for Summer camps of Levels 2-4 @ UTD campus (no food served for Level 0 & 1 camps). Please indicate allergy information below if appropriate. Also, you are required to submit the release forms @ bit.ly/utd-cc-forms.

Summer Camps:Pro-rated refund will be processed. $25 processing fee applies. Send an email with your order # to csk12@utdallas.edu, or even better, reply to the registration confirmation email. We can refund only to the credit card that was used for registration. We cannot issue refund checks or use any other mechanism to refund.

AfterSchool Clubs:Pro-rated refund will be processed. $10 processing fee applies. Send an email with your order # to csk12@utdallas.edu. We can refund only to the credit card that was used for registration. We cannot issue refund checks or use any other mechanism to refund.

Workshops:No refunds on cancellations unless individual workshop description says something else.
