Camps for MS & HS students @ UT Dallas

If you have not decided about the camps & weeks, review the details at utdallas.edu/k12/summer first & come back here to register. Note: Participant should be "rising 5th grader or older" to attend the camps @ UT Dallas. Simple snacks and lunches are provided for campers @ UT Dallas as convenience to the families. If your child has any food allergies, we require you to send snacks and lunch daily from home. Please instruct your child NOT to eat any of our snacks or lunch items. If your child manages to eat our food items and fall sick, UT Dallas will not be responsible for it or related medical bills, etc. You should NOT proceed with the registration, if you disagree with these terms. Also, you may want to consider packing lunch if (s)he is a picky eater. We provide simple complimentary lunch (typically one of the following items: sandwiches, pasta, pizza, casserole, fried rice & indian food) every day for all campers who have no food allergies - there will be a veg option every day.

We would like to do paperless paperwork this Summer! Please visit bit.ly/utd-cc-forms, download 3 forms and save them in your computer first. Fill them out in the computer or by hand, Then scan them into one PDF document and upload it to bit.ly/utd-cc-forms. In the worst case, you can fill them out when you come to the camp, but the camper cannot attend the camp until the forms are submitted as per UTD rules. Please note that the forms need to be filled out for each camper every Summer.

We encourage you to register one child at a time to minimize the confusion. When you get to payment screen, go back to the main registration page to register the next child. System will remember all the registrations in a shopping cart and you can pay them together at the end as single credit card transaction. Please click on Add To Cart below to see the full form.

Summer Camps:Pro-rated refund will be processed. $25 processing fee applies. Send an email with your order # to csk12@utdallas.edu, or even better, reply to the registration confirmation email. We can refund only to the credit card that was used for registration. We cannot issue refund checks or use any other mechanism to refund.

AfterSchool Clubs:Pro-rated refund will be processed. $10 processing fee applies. Send an email with your order # to csk12@utdallas.edu. We can refund only to the credit card that was used for registration. We cannot issue refund checks or use any other mechanism to refund.

Workshops:No refunds on cancellations unless individual workshop description says something else.
